30 Sep Cargile Appointed as Director of Human Resources for Lourdes University
Lourdes University President Mary Ann Gawelek is pleased to announce the appointment of Chantell Cargile as Lourdes University’s new Director of Human Resources. In this position, Ms. Cargile will create, develop, implement and coordinate human resources policies, procedures and programs. Ms. Cargile will also work closely with the Manager of Organizational Equity on recruiting and onboarding new hires. She assumed her duties on September 21.
In addition to her expertise in Human Resource Management, she is also knowledgeable in Unconscious Bias and Diversity & Inclusion. During her tenure with Owens Corning she created and led committees and trainings such as the African American Resource Group, the Unconscious Bias Company Initiative and the Diversity Leadership Summit.
Ms. Cargile earned a Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Tiffin University and a Bachelor of Science in International Business from the University of Akron.
