This service is 100% free to our students, alumni, and employers who are seeking to recruit our own,” shared Sarah Lathrop, assistant director, Center for Career Development.

This system streamlines interactions between job seekers and employers including, résumé and profile sharing, job posting and management, and career-related event management. With 24-7 access to search jobs, connect with employers and manage multiple résumés, cover letters and other employment-related documents, MyCareer is a career tool designed with the needs of busy Franklin students and alumni in mind.

MyCareer provides relevant, actionable information to meet the evolving needs of job seekers. With its dynamic job board and tools it helps organizations seamlessly recruit Franklin students and alumni. The tool allows employers to access student résumés and profiles, post jobs, schedule on-campus interviews, and register for Franklin career fairs and recruit students. Gradleaders is partnered with key employers like Nationwide, Eaton Corporation, J. P. Morgan and other major industries all around the globe.
